- If your entrance time for Neuschwanstein Castle is in the morning, you will start with a visit there. After lunch, you will continue to Linderhof Palace and Oberammergau for sightseeing in the afternoon.
- Tickets are in high demand around Christmas. Tickets will be distributed in order of payment, and those who do not receive tickets will be refunded.
- Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations etc.
- Our company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).
- The times listed are for reference only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors. If you have connecting travel plans, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 extra hours.
- For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding. If they are not accompanied by their family and insist on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse their orders. All the consequences caused by personal problems during the trip are responsible for themselves.
- Our company owns all copyrights to use and reuse images and videos taken during tours.
- It is recommended to purchase Neuschwanstein Castle tickets in advance.
- Due to weather conditions in winter, there is no shuttle bus available at Neuschwanstein Castle. Taking a horse-drawn carriage usually requires waiting in line, which may cause delays and result in missing the scheduled entry time. Therefore, in most cases, you will need to walk up the hill, which takes about 40 minutes. Please note that tickets are non-refundable if you miss the reserved entry time due to personal delays.
