I have been grilling and BBQing for over 20 years, and have trained abroad in France, Spain, Argentina, Thailand, South Korea and other countries. As a native of the American South, I combine my culinary roots with eclectic and diverse flavor profiles. The result is a completely unique approach to grilling, based on science that marries traditionally Southern recipes and techniques with exciting ethnic-inspired flavors.
