This stylish eatery creates an immediate scene with a lively bar at street level within the buzzy AAA Five-Diamond Dominick Hotel, but the cozy back dining room has a warm and very likeable charm which is a step above typical hotel dining. A seasonally-inspired menu doesn’t follow the tried-and-true, and it is a worthy gambit given the artsy and cosmopolitan clientele. Snake River Wagyu beef, handmade gnocchi with prawns and a sautéed foie gras with butternut squah and star anise all standout.
