This downtown restaurant prides itself on using fresh, locally-sourced food on their menu. The chef relocated here from her native Peru in 2005 and is passionate about putting a Peruvian spin on the food prepared in her kitchen. The classy dining room and bar have an obvious boutique quality to them. While the menu changes seasonally, one striking dish is the quinoa crusted Chilean sea bass that burst with flavor. Other dishes included duck ragu, lamb shank and pork chops.
