Created by noted celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa, this is not a standard sushi eatery. Start with the bincho with dry miso or a spicy tuna roll. Next, try the meaty sea bass served in a sweet marinade with an earthy eggplant dip. For a unique experience, splurge on the "omakase" chef's tasting menu.
