The kitchen focuses on inventive Korean dishes with modern twists, and the menu is broad with plenty of shareable plates. A selection of jeon (savory pancakes) that also match the owner’s last name stands out as a signature menu item. Other favorites include knife-cut noodles with strips of beef yuk jeon accompanied by kimchi and a flavorful clear soybean broth as well as the crispy “Old Days Fried Chicken."
