When you pay $190.00 per night you expect the room you pay for but this one is a $50.00 per night. The front desk was not as professional it should be.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it’s the only hotel available in Galveston. My room didn’t look nothing like the pictures online. Plus, I had roaches.
False advertisement, did not realize it was a motel and not a hotel. Not clean.

We were disappointed with the service, “Free breakfast “ the waffles/toaster machine were not working properly. The juices were reduced with water. I always book with free breakfast because of our children and save money at least for the free breakfast. Housekeeping never went in the room to take out the trash.
The hotel is transitioning from LaQuinta to Wingate. The elevator was broken. Beds were comfy, pool area was great and the front desk was very helpful. The railings all needed a paint job. And there was onl1 ice machine.
