This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They call this a 4 star hotel.. The Marriott Corporation should be a shame to call this a Marriott Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in July and had valet park my f250 truck in the garage with security. We had a wonderful stay. We returned in November for a celebration and brought 3 other couples with us to also stay at the hotel. The problem started the moment we pulled up, when they refused to park my $80k truck because it wouldn’t fit. I explained that it fitted in the same garage on our last stay and that was the primary reason we chose to stay here in the city. They reviewed my previous itinerary and verified where we paid for parking and still refused. They refused any accommodations and suggested I leave my truck in a parking lot at another hotel 3 blocks away where it got broken into breaking two windows. I drove my vandalized truck back to the W and showed them what I wanted to avoid. Of course they felt bad but offered nothing. Had I known they no longer could accommodate my vehicle I would have selected a hotel that could along with my other guests. I’m grateful I had a truck to return to but I’m still out of $1000 for windows on a brand new truck.
