Room was clean and comfortable; excellent price; office and housekeeping staff were great. Only frustration was that I had was the morning that we were to check in (at 3 pm), I was notified of charges attempted on my card, which my bank flagged and didn’t process. I called at 11:30 am, questioning why I was being charged prior to check in time, as I intended to use a different card for the bill. This charge attempt caused the reservation to be canceled and even though I provided updated information for the credit card, it took a whole le to check in that evening when we did arrive and I was charged a cancellation fee. I did get the fee refunded, but it took 5 business days to receive the credit, along with the deposit creditt.
