This was the best experience at a hotel I have ever had. I was in Edinburgh during an unexpected heat wave and they had an air conditioner in the unit, it was an unexpected surprise in a place that is not known for having AC. The room was clean with beautiful furnishings and the dining rooms and bar were magical. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Scotland.
