The hotel was lovely, staff was polite, room was clean and nice. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. We were on the 10th floor. When the ac would come on it sounded like a jet engine, and blew freezing cold air I to the room for several minutes, after it turned off the room was uncomfortably warm aftet a few minutes. Needless to say, we didn't sleep. We would slept better in the car.
