The price is certainly very affordable, but the cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired (including mold/mildew in the bathroom to the point we didn't want to use the shower). The unit was advertised as having a kitchenette, which it did, even including an electric stovetop. However the cabinets were totally empty: not a single glass, plate, cup, silverware, or pot/pan to make use of the kitchenette. For a $50 deposit (in addition to the security deposit) we could be loaned some of these items to actually make use of the kitchenette. Searching for a positive to note, staff were pleasant; there was a table with umbrella outside the office that made a pleasant place to sit on a nice warm afternoon. But I would not plan to return here.
