I was on the third floor when it flooded and it was very steamy in the hallway. It took the firefighters more than an hour to arrive on the scene. When we came out of the room into the hallway they did not give any directions. We had to ask questions like which way should we go or was the elevator operational. I understand that problem do occur, but no one from the hotel or the firefighters assist us in leaving the third-floor. That’s when it became unacceptable, frustrating and disturbing.
