    TERRIBLE first room. NOT what was described. DID change to another room after heated words with management. HOWEVER it was AAA that really let me down. You have no idea how many different room offerings the hotel offers. You do NOT describe what I was given by the hotel correctly. Try visiting the venues first yourselves so you know what you are selling!!! I'll NEVER use AAA Travel Services again....and my card says I'm a 58 year member. Get it together and become professional at it or get out of the travel business. Disgusting how much I had to do to get close to what I wanted, and moreover what was being sold by AAA.

    Dirty, dirty, dirty..molded and fu KY. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Even the AC didn't work.
