I Was not aware that hotel allows pets in rooms not clearly advertised on reservation site. I had a dog constantly barking and had to request a move to another floor but the new room smelled , also one of the staff member was rude when I asked to extend my checkout for 1 Hour . Hallways are extremely hot as well as the room, tv volume was most working and they did not have a tech at the time to fix it.
Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it’s away from the busyness of the city center but enjoyed having a huge mall right behind the hotel! There are great restaurants that are close by and the front desk staff is so helpful! I learned quickly they were my go to people for any questions I had for restaurants to try, etc. We will definitely stay here again!
