Door could be pushed open in Rm 117 even when the door handle wouldn’t unlock the door. The bathroom doors are hard to close.

The young lady that checked us in was delightful! Sadly I don’t recall her name. She definitely deserves recognition due to the excellent manner she manages her position at the front desk. She is absolutely the person you should have representing your hotel! The rest of the staff were average to say the least. Upon arrival to our room, I went to fill the ice bucket but found the machine leaking water and not producing ice. I went to another floor for ice and reported the problem to front desk. This problem was still not corrected when we checked out. The toilet developed a problem and threatened to overflow. Since we were ready for bed I called the desk. After a multitude of rings there was no answer. I went down ,in person, in my robe and pajamas to report this . The young man was talking on the phone with what sounded like a personal call. Was this why the phone wasn’t answered? I was told nothing could be done at this time . He did offer us a different room. It was approximately 11:30pm. I retrieved a luggage rack and my friend and I repacked our belongings and moved over a few rooms. Upon entering our room I noticed the small utility sink had a dried washcloth around the faucet. It was now after 12:30.AM. We didn’t bother to report this at that time. This gave me pause concerning the cleanliness of the rest of the room. But, We wanted rest and were spent for the day! We were unable to shut down and sleep quickly after the nights events. We also needed to be awake early. Needless to say we were tired from a day of travel and were looking forward to a good nights sleep. We consequently went into day two tired and frustrated.The prior nights experience served to put a damper on day two also. The refrigerator did not cool well and I needed to keep my insulin cool. Also no microwave in either room. I suggest at least one microwave per floor rather than have to go down to the lobby to heat something. The overhead light in the shower kept flickering while I used it. This was very unsettling! I will add that I privately spoke with the manager at checkout and he did adjust our bill by $100. Overall the experience was not of the quality we expected, actually anything but. Would Corporate have had the same experience ? Had it not been for the manager and the sweet girl at the front desk I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I hope our experience was an isolated situation and these issues will be addressed and corrected.

Very clean and Close to Gillette Stadium. Good restaurants and mall in walking distance. Pool under construction. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very attentive. Will definitely come again.

Hotel did not have a restaurant or vending machines as listed on Hyatt's Website. The reason I chose this property was because they were shown as available. Hyatt should update the amenities listed on their Websie to accurately depict amenities. If I knew this, in advance, I would have selected another hotel.
