First of all after confirming the booking twice, we were told that the price quoted online was an error and that we had to give extra $3000 /day. Both AAA and the hotel had no decency to honor the booking after we did our due deligence confirming it twice.Then we booked another hotel at the last minute and stayed there. This was the first time I booked through AAA and will be the last time too after all the hassle I had to go through. The representative delayed answering my emails and did nothing to help us out. I will book all my hotel reservation in future with Priceline. They do not deceive their customers like AAA and they honor their prices once the booking is made unlike AAA.
