Not only could they not find my reservation at either Amarillo properties but turned me away! Then insult to injury at 9 at night I was charge $142! I would like my money refunded however when I contacted the company they have no records of my visit so can’t help me out. I will not be making reservations again through AAA nor with that particular hotel chain. I am disappointed to say the least.
