The room was fine, nothing special but clean enough. The hotel had issues with the elevators. They were extremely slow- people waiting 20 minutes or more for the elevator. Frustrated people overcrowded the elevators. We were in an elevator that was having trouble - it dropped floors and got stuck. The doors wouldn't open. When we finally got out in the lobby to check out, we chose to walk down (4 floors) to ground level with our luggage to leave rather than take chances with the elevator again.
Small but comfortable and clean room with no frills. Perfect for one or two people spending a night or two in midtown, but I don’t know that it would be a good spot for families.

Great location, safe, clean, and had a wonderful restaurant
Great location to everything I wanted to explore. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The room was definitely small but that’s what’s expected for New York. The bed was not very comfortable. Other than that, everything was great.
