I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails. The room was special and comfortable. Big plus for having a shuttle to and from the airport.

The lobby was clean, the elevators were always available, the front desk manager (Houston was his name) gave us great advice and direction for parking and getting around the downtown Nashville area. Instructed us about how the airport shuttle van worked, and called the rental car company on our behalf to inquire about the ease of dropping off the car, and catching the hotel shuttle. The ONLY reason this review is not a five star review is because I think the carpeting should be replaced. It definitely showed its age.
