Lovely staff and the complimentary cookies were definitely delicious. I thought my room came with a microwave which I needed as we were there for a hockey weekend. However it did not. I was able to use one in the lobby which served our needs. I was able to request an early check in which was also appreciated.
This hotel is very outdated. The carpet in the room was warn and uninviting. The wallpaper was coming off the wall in the corners. I was very uncomfortable there. I don’t recommend this property.

Called morning of travel as hotel instructed about early arrival.. We were told no problem anytime after 1pm and we all did not need to arrive together. Occupants of three of the four rooms arrived at least an hour ahead of me due to traffic issues. Even though they had confirmation numbers, they were not allowed to be admitted until my arrival. Once, I finally got there, the reservationist did not greet me at all, just said she wanted my credit card and ID. She still took more than 20 minutes to check us in.
