I choose this hotel because the reviews were online were pretty good, it was my first time in the area and they accepted pets. When I checked in the woman behind the desk was very nice and that’s where it ends. The room was nothing like the pictures at all. There was stains on the lamp shades I assume ketchup, there was no coffee maker as described, I asked for new sheets for the bed cause I wanted to be sure they were clean. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be also stains on the walls, door, shower walls. When I got home I washed everything, I did not want to bring anything home from there if it got into my belongings. Also the first night the fire alarm went off not sure why, night 2&3 very loud people in the halls. There is no way to call the front desk from your room I would have had to call from my cell phone as the room phone had no way to connect you. I can keep going but I will end with I do not recommend this hotel and think AAA should remove as a recommendation also.
