Comfort Suites Suffolk - Chesapeake

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and each time the rep who checks in the guests displays a disinterest in the job and assisting the guest. For example, this time the check in clerk was wearing earplugs and manipulating a smartphone when I and others arrived. He appeared disinterested in serving us. I had to ask a couple of times when to enter data on a screen and where to facilitate my registration. I observed this same disinterested service rendered to the next guest who was in U.S. military uniform. It would really be nice if the hotel hired people who cared about their jobs and were guest-centered. Also, there were a pair of what appeared to be work boots that had been left in the room where I stayed. They were beside one of the couches. I expect the housekeeping staff to pay attention to detail and remove items left by prior occupants.
