My key card didn’t work. I had no bath towels or soap. My room was not cleaned after my 1st night.
I thought 91 for one night was reasonable so I booked . The room was clean but hot took two hours to cool with fan . My husband thought the bed was a little hard so didn’t sleep . The staff was nice . We spent the night stopped looked at breakfast decided to co to continue on trip . I made sure before I left there wet towels and I put garbage in the cans . I get home two days later charge $32 on my credit card in Incidentals I was told would be made if problem .I tried calling a couple times can’t leave message no answer but I don’t know if a credit gets refunded or that’s it . The room had no damage from me the beds barely slept in . I didn't take anything from room checked and I don’t think I’ll return to hotel ..I love Durango just not that part .
