Booked two rooms. Confirmed with both AAA and the hotel that I had secured them months prior. When my group arrived, only 1 room was available. So then we had to scramble to book a 2nd room somewhere else at the last minute. AAA wasn't able to help at all either....we were left to fend for ourselves. Other than that the hotel is good and located well in the area.

Room was large and clean. Took 15 minutes to get ice. There is one elevator and one ice machine.
