7 Nights - Halifax & Bermuda from Boston, Massachusetts

Been cruising a long time, stoped because of Covid. Was a little disappointed with NCL. The little things were removed, I know everyone is trying to save money, but sometimes the little things count. 1, no towel animals , 2, now pizza after 9pm, 3, no ice cream after 9pm. The ports where tenders were involved was a very slow process. Room weren’t made up until late afternoon and only once. All and all we had a good time, it was a get away week so it was fine. Again sometimes the little things count. Would I cruise again on NCL, yes, not to New England ,Canada.

The cruise and crew were excellent. The Breakaway team was very helpful and friendly.

Club Balcony cabin was old not like on line photos & way overpriced for the accommodations, the balcony was very small. The islands we had to switch to during the storm were horrible & we were not given the choice to cancel the trip once we learned of the itinerary change. The thermal spa pools were dirty & the robes old & dingy we should have gotten more for $399. The yoga instructor was a rip off $99 for 30 minutes of breathing made no sense. The desk staff gave me inaccurate info about the infirmary cost which resulted in my daughter not going to the infirmary, suffering in her room for 3 days & there was no cough medicine in the shop since so many people on board were experiencing similar issues. Turns out the cost was $199 to see the MD after hrs which we would have gladly pd. The positives the mattress, pillows & shower were great. The bartenders & food service staff were awesome. The restaurant food was very good
