-Upon arrival, please find the campsite corresponding to your reservation. -If you have a tent site reservation, please note that the tent sites aren't marked, and you are welcome to set up anywhere in the designated tent camping area, as shown on our map. -If you have any questions or problems, please visit our campsite hosts in site #7, and they will help you. -All reservation changes or cancellations need to happen on the Roverpass website. Rules & Regulations
Vehicle Policy
No automobiles, trucks, or other vehicles are allowed in the camping area after they have been unloaded. Any vehicle in the campgrounds during the fair, not parked in an assigned camp space and used for sleeping, will be towed at the owner's expense. This rule will be enforced starting on Tuesday. No attempt will be made to find the owner. After 7 p.m. Wednesday, only vehicles with authorization posted in the window will be allowed to remain.𝘗𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘥𝘣𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘧𝘧 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘵, 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘍𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘺.
• Pets shall not be left unattended outside at any time. Do not tie pet outside of your RV when you are not present. No ground tie-downs permitted.
Unattended Property
• Vehicles, Trailers, RVs, or any other personal property that appears unattended will be considered abandoned and towed/impounded at the owner’s expense.• Persons urinating/defecating outside anywhere on Fairgrounds and Campground property is against the law. Violation of any of these laws will result in immediate eviction from the property, possible fines and Trespassing Admonishment from Langley Police may occur.
• If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or camper, you will be asked to leave the campground with no refunds. No excessive barking allowed.
Sewage/Gray Water Dump Disposal
• The sewage/gray water Dump Station is on the southwest side of the Campgrounds. Gray water/sewage dumping anywhere else is prohibited, from a holding tank, containers, or hose.• Two vehicles and two small to medium-sized tents per space
• Two vehicles and one large to extra large-sized tent per space Maximum of six (6) people per campsite space per overnight stay
• No smoking allowed on Fairgrounds and Campground property. Smoking is permitted in your vehicle, trailer or tent only.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only at your campsite space. The law forbids open containers of alcohol in public spaces. No walking around consuming alcohol.
• You must maintain a clean and orderly campsite - no clutter, garbage and personal belongings scattered about. Clothes lines are prohibited.
• Behavior which disturbs or creates a nuisance for others in the Campground or in the vicinity of Fairgrounds property is prohibited. Call 9-1-1 if issues persist.
11 - Do not wash your vehicle, trailer or RV in the Campground or Fairgrounds.
10 - All vehicles, RVs and trailers (motorized or not) must be currently registered, licensed, insured, fully operational, in good working order, and movable at any time.
5 - Maximum Stay: 14 days within 30 days
2 - Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Vacate by 11:00 a.m. to avoid another nightly charge.
8 - Call 9-1-1 for emergencies and alert/inform the Campground Host after calling 9-1-1.
3 - Occupy only the camp space you have paid for.
4 - Camping is only allowed in the designated campsite spaces within the Campground.

7 - Fires must use propane and be contained in a metal container elevated at least 12 inches above the ground. A water source for extinguishing the fire must be readily available. The owner of the fire container must be present while the fire is in use. Charcoal and wood fires are strictly prohibited. All seasonal burn bans must be adhered to, and we reserve the right to prohibit any open flames during the dry season.
Garbage Disposal
• Garbage cans are available for campers during their overnight stay to deposit trash generated during their stay. No dumping of large quantities of trash; penalty will result in a $150 fine and/or eviction from Fairgrounds and Campground property. No exceptions.9 - AGE REQUIREMENT Person registering for camping must be 18+ and be present during each night your are registered Children 15 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pet Control
• Pets must be on a leash at all times; leash should not be longer than eight feet and owner must be in control of the pet at all times. Pet fencing within your campsite is allowed to control your pet. Pet owners are responsible to clean up pet waste and dispose of properly in garbage cans. Horse owners MUST provide stall mats to prevent damage to the ground from digging. All feed, manure, and hay must be contained and cleaned up thoroughly.CAMPGROUND CONDUCT
• Quiet Hours: 9 p.m. – 8 a.m., seven (7) days a week. Quiet time 9pm - 8am; no generators/loud activity during quiet hours. Be considerate of your neighbors, area visitors, and other users - No UAVs (drones) - No firearms - No fireworks - No ATVs/dirtbikes/minibikes, or any other unmuffled small engines. Prolonged noises above 70 dB are prohibited.Camping Rules & Regulations
1 - Check-in times: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm. After hours check in should be requested in advance.6 - Firearms and Fireworks are prohibited, including airsoft, paintball, and other replicas.
Restroom/Shower Facilities
• Restrooms/showers are available for all paying campers. After registering and paying, access codes will be sent to you before your stay. Showers and bathrooms are ADA accessible.Maximum Occupancy & Party Size per Campsite Space
