Photography Consent

* Photography for Promotional Use: Rustic Ridge may use photographs and videos taken on our property, including images of guests and their RVs, for promotional and marketing purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials.

* Water Hookup Security: When utilizing the water hookups provided at our RV sites or other accommodations, make sure water connections fit properly and have proper sealing to prevent any water leakage. If you notice any signs of leaking or water malfunctioning, please contact our staff immediately. Our team is here to assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your water hookup remains in good working order.

* Proper Cigarette Butt Disposal: We appreciate your cooperation in disposing of cigarette butts properly. In the event that cigarette butts are found discarded on the ground or in non-designated areas, guests may be subject to a litter fine. The litter fine serves to encourage responsible and respectful behavior towards the natural beauty of Rustic Ridge.

* No Smoking in Buildings or Common Areas: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside any of the buildings, including cabins, glamping tents, the clubhouse, restrooms, and all other indoor facilities at Rustic Ridge. Smoking is also not allowed in any of the public areas on our retreat premises. These areas include but are not limited to common gathering spaces, picnic areas, and recreational areas. We aim to provide a clean and pleasant environment for all guests to enjoy.

* Common Courtesy: Guests are expected to treat resort employees, other guests, and resort property with care and respect.

Rentals

Guests need to sign a liability waiver upon rental pick-up.

Credit Card on File:

We will keep a credit card on file in case of damages or other extra expenses during your stay.

Maximum Length of Stay:

Rustic Ridge is a vacation retreat; therefore, maximum length of stay is 14 Days.

RV Site Subject to Change:

In order to provide plenty of space for all of our guests, we cannot guarantee a specific site number. If you need a specific area or are traveling with others, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

* Pet Restrictions: Pets are not allowed in cabins, glamping tents, or the clubhouse. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friends with you to Rustic Ridge. We do not allow aggressive breeds (Rottweilers, Chows, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, etc).

Pets

* RV Site Pet Policy: RV site rates include accommodation for 2 dogs at no extra cost. Additional dogs are $10 per extra dog per night with a maximum of four pets allowed per site.

* Owners MUST clean up after their pets, we provide potty bags for your convenience. Stepping in a pet’s deposit ruins the day for others, so a $25 fee will be applied for the first violation, 2nd violation will result in a $50 fee, the 3rd violation will result in a $75 fee and you may be asked to leave the retreatt with NO REFUND.

* If tied up outside, pets must be accompanied by the owner. Owners CANNOT leave pets unattended in the bark parks or outside.

Pet Guidelines:

* Pets must be on a leash at all times (unless enjoying our dog park, of course!). Please be sure that the leash is no longer than about six feet in length.

* Pets need to be good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child friendly and non-aggressive (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people, etc. can scare other guests). If your pet becomes too un-neighborly, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

* If owners are caught with pets off leash a $25 fee will be applied for the first violation, 2nd violation will result in a $50 fee, the 3rd violation will result in a $75 fee and you may be asked to leave the resort with NO REFUND.

* Vehicles (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite): All vehicles must display a valid Campground parking permit. A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at owner's expense. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s).

Park Etiquette

* Quiet Hours: Guests agree to remain quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

* No generators allowed: Guests are not permitted to run generators at any time of the day on property.

* No tents allowed: Guests are not permitted to pitch tents anywhere on the property.

* No loud music/ power equipment: Guests agree to refrain from playing loud music or using loud power equipment that could disturb other guests at any time of the day.

* Fireworks Prohibited: Fireworks are prohibited on Rustic Ridge premises and on the property.

* Clubhouse Use: Guests agree to pick up after themselves in the clubhouse and to treat laundry equipment and arcade machines with respect. Clubhouse hours are 8am-10pm.

* Free Hot Spot Device: A hot spot device is available upon request for the free Wi-Fi. If damaged or not returned upon departure, it will be billed to the guest’s credit card on file.

* Grills: Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers.

* Speed Limit: Guests agree to adhere to the retreat's speed limit of 5mph.

* Check-out Expectations: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, including placing all trash in designated trash containers. Guests will not rearrange furniture nor remove amenities from cabins and glamping tents. Cabin guests should place dirty cabin towels in bathrooms and wash dirty dishes.

* RV Site Appearance: Guests are expected to keep their RV site clean and orderly at all times with no under RV storage or items left outside. No laundry line drying or hanging of laundry in trees allowed. Guests must take all of their belongings with them when leaving.

* RV Skirting: RV skirting must be professionally manufactured or approved by the on-site manager.

* Trash Disposal: Trash bins are conveniently located throughout the retreat. Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the retreat by disposing of trash properly. Trash will be picked up every morning; place trash out in the morning by 10am. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUT AT NIGHT AS IT WILL ATTRACT ANIMALS.

* No Drugs Allowed: No illegal drugs are allowed on the property at any time or for any reason. If guests are found to have drugs in their possession or are suspected of use on the property, they will be required to leave immediately without a refund.
