Campground Overview
Introduction
This area is available reservation throughout the year for organized youth groups comprised primarily of young people under the age of 18. This group camping area is located near Gulf Breeze, Florida and has direct access to Pensacola Bay for water recreation. The campsite features restrooms, outdoor showers, a picnic shelter, and a campfire ring. The Naval Live Oaks Area has over 7.5 miles of trails for campers to explore. This campground loop is open year round. Gate codes and access information are provided once reservations are confirmed and payment is received.
Weather
The hot-season lasts for approximately four months, from mid-May through the end of September. Average daily high temperatures during this season exceed 84°F. Daily low temperatures during this season average 77°F. The cool-season for park lasts approximately three months, December through February. From Interstate 10: Take Exit 12 onto I-110 exit 1B Gregory Street East, merge onto 30 E Chase Street, turn left onto Bayfront Parkway /Hwy 98 East. Stay on U.S. 98 for 4.1 miles, parking for outdoor activities is available on both sides of the road. National Seashore Headquarters is located on the right.

Front country camping is allowed by persons who have made a valid reservation for an individual campsite at the Davis Bayou Campground. Campers must obey all laws, regulations, and policy, particularly those listed in the Superintendent's Compendium Section 2.10.Accessibility
