Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted as long as it is used in moderation.Pool
1. Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times and are not allowed inside the fenced area without being accompanied by an adult. 2. All posted pool rules must be followed. Failure to abide the stated rules may result in pool privileges being revoked. 3. The pool closes at 8pm. All guests must be out of the pool area by 8pm. 4. The pool WILL be closed during thunderstorms & bad weather.Check-Out Time
Checkout time is (11am Monday-Saturday; Noon Sunday). If a guest needs extra time for departure, there is a $5 charge for every hour after the posted checkout time.Extra Days
All guests should plan on booking the correct amount of nights when making a reservation. If extra nights are needed, we will try to accommodate, but cannont make any promises of extra availablity.Pets
Pets are allowed! Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Dogs must be picked up afterwards. No aggressive breeds. (e.g: Pitbulls, Boxers, Rottweilers)Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am. During these hours please remain within your reserved site and keep noise level to a miniumun.Visitors
All visitors must check-in at the office and it is $5 per guest over the age of 10.Cancelation Policy
A 100% refund will be issued if a guest needs to cancel 7 days or more before their reservation date. A 50% refund will be issued if a guest needs to cancel 3-6 days before their reservation date. No refunds are issued if a guest needs to cancel 1-2 days before or the day of their reservation date.Marijuana
