St. Ann's Warehouse

Brooklyn, New York City

Housed in a former 19th-century tobacco warehouse under the Brooklyn Bridge, St. Ann’s Warehouse brings performances and events to the DUMBO district of Brooklyn, ranging from plays to dance, opera, live music, and more. The theater features an open and flexible performance space, multi-use studio, and garden.

The basics

One of the best ways to experience St. Ann’s Warehouse is to attend an event; its calendar typically includes a mix of theater and musical performances, adaptations of classic plays, plus smaller-scale art and community events. Some sightseeing tours of Brooklyn and DUMBO include a short stop at St. Ann’s Warehouse, along with other area highlights, such as Brooklyn Bridge Park.
