When to get there
The best time to visit the Palms Casino Resort, and really Las Vegas in general, is during the fall and spring, when the weather is warm enough for swimming but not too hot. Temperatures soar in the summer months, which can mean cheaper flights and rooms, as well as less crowded casino floors.

TV fans may recognize the Palms Casino Resort as the backdrop for the 2002 season of MTV's hit show The Real World, which was filmed here in a suite designed for the show. This appearance gave the resort a reputation as a party destination, and it continues to attract groups of young revelers to this day.
