Driving

Start in central Cancún and head onto Avenida Tulum to Kukulcán Boulevard, which becomes the Hotel Zone road. Continue in the Hotel Zone—La Isla Shopping Village will be on your right, overlooking the Nichupté Lagoon.

Public transportation

Bus routes R1 and R2 run the length of the hotel zone; buses stop at designated stops, so let the driver know you want to disembark here.

The mall is open from 11am until 10pm, but some vendors operate different hours.

La Isla is open seven days a week. Myst shows at the on-site theater typically run on Friday evenings.
