Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu opened in 1987 and moved to its present location in 2000. Visitors can browse the shop or take a virtual tour of other locations via the first floor's interactive Rock Wall. Then, follow an artistic ceiling of guitars up the stairs to the open-air second floor to drink at the blue wave bar or dine in the main area or lanai. Purchase a prix-fixe menu ahead of time for priority seating.

The café is open daily, from mid-morning to late evening. Friday and Saturday nights get especially busy, and reservations are recommended, especially in Oahu's high season.
