The Clermont London Charing Cross

Excellent experience. We stayed in a suite-it was worth it to have the extra space. Staff forgot to change out our glassware and replace coffee a few times and we had to request it but otherwise no issues. Great location restaurant/breakfast staff very friendly. It is right next to the tube station so gets busy outside and there are groups of homeless that will often sleep outside near the entrance to the tube-but this is true of any major metropolitan city.

Very nice hotel in great location. Comfortable rooms. (Huge TVs.) Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. Location over a railway and underground station means some noticeable vibration, but it did not disturb my sleep.
