The hotel could use some updating in the rooms. Also, there was no housekeeping until after 4 days of stay. Housekeeping would come by daily to ask if we needed items exchanged, etc for our room.

The Room Was Just Gorgeous.. The Hotel had so many options on things to do right on location..Beautiful Decor and Amazing Artwork all over.. The Back yard was Unforgettable with all the wonderful chimes..The Aurora Center is So Fascinating and Intriguing..The Play room with the films was Great. The breakfast was good but needed meat... The front desk staff was WONDERFUL. VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL.. The Shuttle Service was so helpful and Greatly Appreciated with EXTREMELY helpful drivers..The gift shop on location had the best prices in town. HONESTLY AM LOOKING FOWARD TO COMING BACK..
