Worst experience I've had at a hotel. First they couldn't find my reservation, then they overcharged me. There were also stains on the floor of the hotel room.

Not the cleanest hotel...
1st the lobby was not cleaned, the trash bins were all filled. The sofa was stained very bad., the room seemed dated. When I asked to be moved to another room they said they were fully booked. The tub didn't drain water Overall it felt like a motel 6

This was a clean hotel but a little worn around the edges. The room had no darkening curtain, which made it hard to sleep.
