Very disappointed. My spouse and I got no sleep the first night due to some minors who kept running up and down the halls beating on doors. Then they started playing sing dong ditch. We waited and waited and finally had to complain at 3:00am because they wouldn't stop. The guy at the front desk said he would go speak to them immediately and he said he had upgraded our breakfast. Then the next morning these boys were still beating on doors yelling and being horridly obnoxious. We then spoke with a manager who stated they would be comping our stay. Well yet again nothing was done. Oh and guess what? I was never refunded and I was CHARGED for the "free upgraded breakfast". Pretty upsetting
This hotel does not stand up to the Hilton name. The room was Very dated & dirty. Lighting was purposely dim, unable to see all of the disgusting filth until the following day when we had some natural outdoor lighting. My granddaughter had bumps on her body after staying with us in the room. Bedding was stained & had obviously been shredded by someone’s pet, there was pet hairs throughout the room. Bathroom had rusted fixtures, toilet was stained yellow, shower curtain was short allowing water to spill over onto the floor. I complained to the hotel manager he advised he was new couldn’t help me at all besides taking the complaint. We were booked for 5 nights, however we checked out a day after arriving when I was able to find another hotel.
