Both good and bad. Good: the hotel and room were clean. No bugs. A little musty but dehumidifier in the room. Service people very helpful even with the language barrier. Bad: live person at the front desk is basically nonexistent. You have to talk to someone off the property via computer kiosk. Hot water was not abundant. No printer available to print boarding passes.

Check in - out was through a machine with a pseudo person with a voice I could not understand. The tile floors in the room was deteriorating. The breakfast buffet only had hard unpeeled hard boied eggs that were like rubber.
