The highlight of this upscale resort is its location in the middle of the boardwalk action. The Ocean Tower features views of the Atlantic, while the Forum Tower's rooms are smaller but updated. Generally, the stay was great. The only negative was that after we checked out and left the room we realized we left a small thermal cooler with some food and ice packs in it in the room refrigerator. We followed up with room security who followed up only to tell us that housekeeping threw the item away rather than turning in to the lost and found. This experience turned what would have been a five star rating into something less.
Other than gaming tables in first in smoker lounge kinda not cool copd and breathing issues food expenses

When I got there one of my rooms wasn't ready they said they will call when it was ready I waited till about 7:30 p.m. went back up to the desk to see what happened then they finally called when I was up at the desk the next day I went down for breakfast came back someone was in my room cleaning or doing something saying that I was checking out and my stuff in there they knew I was there for two nights I really didn't appreciate that they just offered me $25 food coupon it could have been better I don't recommend it to nobody

An additional charge was put on my card after the $150 hold was released and I cannot understand why
