We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest, then discovered that no clean rooms were available at all and sent away (we had a reservation several days in advance so it wasn’t like we showed up unexpected). Had to scramble to find a new place to stay at 10pm, while having to get up super early the next morning for a surgery. The front desk clerk was very nice and apologetic, it wasn’t her fault- but very poor overall impression.
