It was. Dirty. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling by the wires ,the lock on the door was broken and security door was disabled so did not lock. The advertised breakfast was a honey bun and oat meal. The coffee had stuff floating in it and the creamer was old. They offered no other drinks.
