- IMPORTANT: The Machu Picchu authority requests: full name, passport number, date of birth and nationality, to issue the entry. At the time of booking, please provide these details correctly as shown in your passport.
- The capacity of Machu Picchu is limited. Entry is in shifts every hour from 6 am to 2 pm. Our tour considers the visit to Machu Picchu in circuits 1 and 2 + the classic photo, in shifts from 6 am to 10 am. If these slots are not available, FLY CUSCO PERU will immediately confirm the tour at the next available time, ensuring your visit to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
- For us to guarantee circuit 1 and 2 in Machu Picchu. We recommend booking in advance. Circuit 2 is the best option, it will take you to the classic photo without problem, and then you will visit the lower part of Machu Picchu.
- Due to high demand and limited access to the citadel, FLY CUSCO PERU will issue your admission ticket in circuits 1 or 2 + classic photo with priority. If they are not available, FLY CUSCO PERU will contact you, prior coordination with the passenger before issuing the other options.
- The guided tour inside Machu Picchu takes around 2h 30m following a delimited circuit.
- THE INFORMATION MEETING OR BRIEFING. A FLY CUSCO PERU representative will contact you one day in advance to organize the meeting in the lobby of your hotel or in our offices, as previously agreed. We will provide you with a detailed map with the step-by-step itinerary, in addition to giving you all the important tickets that are part of this program.
- WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THIS EXCURSION? To spend the night in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town), bring a small backpack or carry-on with some enough clothing to spend the night. The rest of the items you can leave at your hotel in Cusco Most of these establishments have warehouses where they will store your things (at no extra cost). If you don't trust where you're staying, we'll be happy to store your belongings in our office || Bread Portal 123 Ruiseñores Shopping Center. OF 201, Plaza de Armas, Cusco. Historic center ||. To avoid carrying unnecessary things that you will not use in Machupichu.
- What to bring?: sunglasses, comfortable clothes and shoes, hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, jacket, small backpack with enough clothes to spend the night. waterproof clothing in rainy season (Dec-Mar)
- There will be a maximum of 10 travelers on the tour or activity. In low season there can be up to 4 people on the tour or activity – making the tour more personalized.
- The last minute ticket option will only take you through circuit 3, through the lower part of Machu Picchu (without access to the classic photo), we recommend you book in advance. (this option will appear in the payment option, when there are no longer available tickets to Machu Picchu)
