The night staff (a male) did not attend to the coffee area (messy and cold coffee). He also seemed to be dressed too casual and somewhat messy. Overall I found the hotel stark (no warmth) in decor. I was placed in a handicapped room there were no directions for the TV or for the tub (shower access and water access) in terms of the handles.

We did not get service to the room on one of the days and towels didn't get changed. Lack of seating in the room.
