The Hotel Y

Overall I normally pick this hotel when I come into town to visit my in laws. But this one stay wasnt the best, late Monday night my girlfriend and I were laying down getting ready for bed when all of a sudden we heard loud music coming from a neighboring room, we couldn’t tell which one it was. So I called the front desk from the room phone and it never went through even called on my personal cell and it kept ringing so my girlfriend tried as well and same result. So I walked down to the office and didn’t see anyone available so I came back to the room and music was still going so finally my girlfriend ended up going to the office and we had to knock on the window but the night shift employee I didn’t catch his name but I’ve always see him there when we stay came and answered the door we explained what was happy told me we heard loud music but also the small smell of weed came from a room. He went and found the room for it handled and even moved us to a different room for the night. So I just want to give him praise and thanks for his great customer service.! But the hotel needs to figure out the phone situation
