Good customer service. I requested late checkout since I had to deal with a flat tire situation in the AM. They charged me $10 in cash and accommodated my request, so I was happy with that. One down side was the location of non-smoking rooms. We had to walk past smoking rooms and many rooms were smoking pot, it was a little off putting.
