I've stayed in nicer hotels, and this hotel wasn't up to those standards. Though slightly better than expected, it was not a roach hotel, but the floors were loud with people walking in the hallways, and the elevator didn't work, which made it difficult for me to use the stairs with my disability. After turning off the AC, there was a noticeable musty smell in the air. Apparently, a lot of transient people stay here for a period of time, but no personal issues were noticed. I only needed a cheap room for 1 night, and this fit the bill.
