Studio 6 Seattle-mountlake Terrace

1. There are only 3 plastic chairs to sit in, nothing comfortable. 2. We had 4 people, and the room only had 4 flat pillows. When we'd ask for more, three different times, they never had them. A few times, they gave us blankets and pillow cases. We ended up buying a couple of pillows for ourselves. 3. I couldn't get a hairdryer unless I left my ID. If I took it, shouldn't they just charge the credit card? 4. The beds are poorly designed. If you sat with your head resting against the headboard, the mattresses slid out from under you. 5. The rule was no smoking 25 feet from the building, but the person in the room next to us was smoking when he went into his room and there was a cigarette on the staircase for at least 3 days. 6. The shower curtain bar sagged and it was difficult to keep closed. 7. The water pressure was poor. 8. The satellite kept going out on the TV. 9. The hotel keys kept dying. We never did get into the first room we tried. 10. The place is severely understaffed. The first staff member we met was nice and trying to help. She had already been there alone for 16 hours and had about 3 to go. The rest were pretty grouchy and reluctant to take care of us. We expected much more for the high price we paid.
