Seneca Hotel was the cleanest hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The cleaning staff pays attention to detail. The bathroom was nice and big loved the walkin shower. The bed was comfortable, always had a goodnight sleep, our floor to ceiling windows offered a great view of the fireworks at night over the falls. Definitely would stay here again.
Hotel is on the older side. Also, smelled terribly of old, stale cigarette smoke. The staff were not at all pleasant nor helpful. The only personable staff members were the kitchen workers.

Beautiful hotel and casino. Great staff, clean rooms, and views from the upper floors were wonderful!
It was a beautiful place clean and plenty of restaurants and bars and the best thing it was in walking distance to everything awesome thank you so much

Nicely appointed room with lovely view of the Niagara River. Plenty of space for two people with large shower, bathroom and a separate vanity area with great mirrors and lighting.
