They kept my deposit for no reason.
Staff was minimally helpful in assisting with requests/blatently didn't answer the phone and kept putting us on hold without taking the call, property and appliances on property were damaged and unusable, simple items like an ice bucket were not provided and unavailable upon request. Cleanliness of the room was at a bare minimum and room required repair in many places.
